Project Overview
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Palm Estate is an architectural 3D modelling and visualization project in Dhaka. The project was developed from the client’s existing 2D drawings to create a clear and detailed digital representation of the proposed building. The completed model presents the building’s exterior form, floor layouts and surrounding site context in an easy-to-understand visual format. Rendered images and a walkthrough video were also prepared to support design review and project presentation.
The Challenges
- Developing an accurate 3D model from the available 2D drawings.
- Interpreting architectural details where project information was limited.
- Coordinating multiple floor layouts within one complete building model.
- Maintaining consistency between the building form, façade and internal spaces.
- Creating a realistic site context around the proposed development.
- Preparing a visually clear model suitable for review and presentation.
